Connections
The WCPC’s core projects include developing and supporting policy-relevant joint practitioner-academic research projects; bringing together researchers, policymakers, and practitioners for ongoing learning and collaboration to identify and address knowledge needs; and disseminating and translating academic research to make it accessible to, and actionable by, people on the ground.
- Our Roundtables bring together practitioners and scholars to share and generate information about pressing social issues. Learn more about Roundtables.
- UW faculty and community partners can apply for small grants to support collaborations. Learn more about the small grants.
- WCPC serves as an anti-poverty research resource for the community and region, including acting as a clearinghouse to connect journalists with our faculty affiliates. Learn more about our poverty and policy experts.
